Basic Business Plan

For most ventures a Basic Plan will suffice and it has approximately 17 tasks that need completing. It describes the enterprise, what it's selling and to whom. It also outlines Sales Forecasts, Marketing, the Management Team and it has a simple Financial Statement with three year forecasts. This is perfect for those that don't need a lot of detail regarding their funding.

     

Standard Business Plan

While containing everything that is in the Basic Plan, this plan will be much more in-depth. Included will be a Web Plan Summary, a S.W.O.T Analysis, a Personnel Plan and a Break-Even Analysis. The Standard Plan requires a large amount of financial data and approximately 50 tasks must be completed. This plan has three year financials and it contains a Sales Forecast, a Cash Flow projection, a Profit & Loss chart, and a Balance Sheet. This plan contains all relevant data relating to the venture and is ideal for those seeking large investments.

     

Long-Term Business Plan

This plan is the same as the Standard Plan except that it provides a five year financial forecast instead of three. This plan is for those who require a Business Plan with long term financial forecasts and it is the plan used for our Feasibility Studies.
